High-Temperature Forging & Titanium Alloy Release Agent
A water-based boron nitride release agent for high-temperature forging, casting and related metal-forming processes. It is applied directly to cleaned forging or mould surfaces by spraying.

Product Overview
This boron nitride based release agent forms a separating and lubricating layer for high-temperature metal forming. It is used on moulds or forging surfaces after old coatings and adhered residue have been removed.

Application Method
Clean the mould and remove old coating and residue. Spray an even coat from approximately 15-30 cm away. Stir before use if slight sediment is present.
Storage & Packaging
Packaged in 5 kg and 20 kg plastic drums. Store indoors away from sunlight and rain. Shelf life: 2 years.
