Our work starts with the actual requirement. We review the Ringlock series, component list, dimensions, quantity, condition, drawings and destination before an order moves forward.
Most of our current export order experience is in the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia. We also review inquiries from other markets when the buyer can provide the required system, drawings, specifications or project requirements.

Before we quote, we first check what the buyer actually needs: the Ringlock series, component sizes, quantity, condition and destination. Once those points are clear, we can review compatibility, order details and the requirements that need to be confirmed before quotation.

We check the Ringlock series, connection details and component dimensions before separate items are treated as one compatible system order.
Check the Order Before Packing
The checks depend on the product and the order. With used stock, condition is usually more important than it is with new material.
Pack for the Actual Container Plan
Bundle arrangement and loading are planned around the actual order, component sizes and container space.
Handle the Export Side
For FOB or CIF orders from Tianjin, we can coordinate loading, export documents and communication with the freight forwarder.

For new material, consistency matters most.
For new material, we mainly check whether the confirmed dimensions, connections, welding, surface treatment and quantity can be supplied consistently.

- We do not replace the project's structural engineer or make the final design approval.
- We do not claim that every supplied product automatically complies with every national or regional scaffold standard.
- We do not promise structural load capacity before the system, design and project requirements have been confirmed.
- If a project requires a specific standard or test, that requirement has to be identified for the order.

ENGINEERING & TECHNICAL COOPERATION
Some orders need more than a product list.
Tianjin Jinguan Building Technology Co., Ltd. has a technical cooperation relationship with Tianjin Zhongbao. The two companies work from the same industrial site in Tianjin, so drawings and technical questions can be discussed directly when needed.
In practice, this is mainly used for drawing discussions and technical consultation. TJJG first organizes the customer's information so the technical question is clear before it is discussed further.

Common questions about working with TJJG.
Can different Ringlock components be loaded together?
Yes, but only when the Ringlock system, dimensions and connection details are compatible. The name “Ringlock” by itself does not mean every component from every series will fit together.
What happens if I send a drawing or a special specification?
We first check the drawing and purchasing details so the requirement is clear, then organize the points that need further technical discussion or confirmation.
Can TJJG provide technical advice?
When needed, we can arrange drawing discussions and technical consultation through our cooperation with Tianjin Zhongbao. Final structural design and project approval still belong to the responsible project engineer or appointed designer.
Which markets do you work with?
