Product Overview
This release agent is used for lubrication and demoulding in non-ferrous alloy die casting. The diluted material is stirred and sprayed onto the mould, with the final ratio adjusted to the component and equipment conditions.
Product Features
- Water-based micro-emulsion.
- Designed for aluminum-magnesium alloy die casting.
- Applied by spray gun after dilution and stirring.
Applications
Die-cast aluminum-magnesium, magnesium, aluminum and zinc alloy parts, including electronic housings, precision parts, automotive components and lighting hardware.
Application Method
Dilute with distilled water where practical, stir thoroughly and spray directly onto the mould. Adjust the ratio according to the component geometry, equipment and trial results.
Storage & Packaging
25 kg and 200 kg drums. Store upright in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse below 45°C, away from heat, acids, alkalis and oxidants.
Precautions
For parts requiring subsequent electroplating or similar processing, complete the required degreasing and surface treatment first.
Applications
Dilute, stir thoroughly and spray directly onto the mould. Adjust the ratio to actual equipment and component conditions.
