Product Overview
The Ringlock Diagonal Brace is an inclined structural component used to provide lateral stability within modular ringlock scaffolding and shoring systems. Connection heads are installed at both ends of the steel tube and connect to the rosettes on Ringlock Standards using wedge pins.
By connecting standards diagonally across the scaffold bay, the brace helps form a stable triangular arrangement, increases the overall rigidity of the structure and transfers horizontal forces through the assembled system. The confirmed brace configurations are suitable for both 48 Series and 60 Series ringlock systems.

Product Features
| Lateral Stability | Provides diagonal restraint within the scaffold bay and helps reduce lateral movement of the assembled structure. |
| Triangular Bracing | Connects standards diagonally to form a stable triangular arrangement within the modular scaffold structure. |
| Horizontal Force Transfer | Helps transfer horizontal forces through the braced ringlock scaffold system. |
| Wedge Connection | Connection heads at both ends engage with the standard rosettes and are secured using wedge pins. |
| Q195 Steel | The confirmed diagonal brace specifications use Q195 steel with Ø42.2 × 2.5 mm tube. |
| Hot-Dip Galvanized | Hot-dip galvanized surface treatment provides corrosion protection for repeated construction-site use. |
Typical Applications
| Scaffold Bracing | Provides diagonal restraint within modular ringlock scaffolding and shoring structures. |
| Lateral Stability | Helps increase the overall rigidity of the scaffold and resist lateral displacement. |
| Horizontal Force Transfer | Transfers horizontal forces through the diagonal bracing arrangement. |
| Shoring Reinforcement | Used as a diagonal reinforcing component in modular support and shoring structures. |
| Working Scaffolding | Used to provide diagonal bracing within modular working scaffold configurations. |
